Retreat, Rates and Reservations
At the heart of Avenue 3 is the retreat center. Let your creative juices flow in our spacious crafting area.
Just because we changed our name from Cropportunities2 to Avenue 3, doesn't mean we changed
our dedication and commitment to our Scrapbookers.
Cropping
Our work area is designed to provide each guest with all the space they need to spread out and enjoy their time away. Each guest will have five feet of table space, comfortable chair, and waste paper basket (Feel free to arrange the tables however you like to make it work best for your group.) The room is lined with goodies for you to use. Walls of punches, embossing folders and dies are at your fingertips. Plus a Library scrapbook idea books and magazines. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and a stereo with CD player, TV and BlueRay player are available for use.
Sleeping
The attic creates a cozy atmosphere for dreaming the night away. 8 adorable twin beds fill the space. Just bring your PJs. All your bed linens, a pillow, and comforter are provided. There is radiant heating throughout the entire building to keep you warm during those winter months and AC to keep you cool in the summer. Night-lights light your way and extra blankets and pillows are available.
Guests will enjoy a full bathroom on the first floor with all the comforts of home, leaving you more space in your bag for your scrapbook supplies. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided along with any towels you would need.
Eating
All the comforts of home and more! A full kitchen is available for creation of simple or elaborate meals, whatever trips your trigger. The coffee is always on. We have a full kitchen stocked with all the cookware you'll need to do your own cooking. There are several options available for your dining. You can order in, drive, or catering services are also available. Just ask for details.
Rates
Maximum number of guests is 8.
A temporary hold will be put on your date for a maximum of 10 days while we wait for your deposit.
Package A – 5 to 8 guests arriving on Friday at 4pm and staying until Sunday at noon. Includes, cropping table for each guest and overnight accommodations. $75 per person (If you do not have at least 5 people pay, you will be charged the rate for 1-4 people)
Package B – Up to 4 guests arriving on Friday 4pm and staying until Sunday at noon. Includes, cropping table for each guest and overnight accommodations. Up to 2 groups in a weekend may be booked. $100 per person

General Policies
We are a non-smoking facility and pets are not allowed.
Cropportunities2 is not responsible or liable for any items that are damaged or lost during your stay. If we find any items left behind, we will contact the group leader. If something gets broken or is need of repair please contact us so we can have it taken care of before our next scrapbooking retreat is scheduled. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the group leader.
Check In & Check Out
Cropportunities2 is your home for the weekend, and you will have access to the scrapbooking work area 24 hours a day while you are here. One of our hosts will greet you upon arrival and be available during your stay here. Check-in/Check-out times will be determined based on an individual retreat date basis. You will be notified a week before your retreat date of the times. You will never have to check out before 11 AM or check in later than 5 PM; however, it might be possible to check in earlier or check out later (based on occupancy).
Cancellations
A full refund of any money paid will be paid if the reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to the retreat date. If you cancel your retreat date with less than 90 day notice, you will forfeit your deposit, unless we find a replacement. If a replacement is found we will gladly apply your deposit to a future retreat date.
